StretchMirror is designed to work without an account, advertising, analytics, or cloud pose processing.
What the app processes
With your permission, StretchMirror receives camera frames to estimate visible body landmarks and provide general visual-alignment cues. This processing occurs on your device. StretchMirror does not upload, transmit, or save camera images or video.
Information stored on your device
The app may store language, audio, haptic, and accessibility preferences, along with session-level history such as program and exercise identifiers, completion time, duration, and locally calculated summary values. This information remains in the app’s local storage and is not linked to an account.
Third-party technology
The app uses Apple’s system Vision framework for on-device body-pose estimation. FreeMoCap and MediaPipe may be used offline during coach content production; they do not run on your phone and do not receive user camera data. StretchMirror contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or pose-estimation SDK.
Collection, tracking, and sharing
StretchMirror does not collect personal data from the app, track people across apps or websites, sell data, or share camera-derived information with third parties. Apple may separately process App Store purchase and device diagnostic information under Apple’s own policies.
Your choices
Camera access can be changed in system Settings. Local session history can be deleted inside StretchMirror settings. Deleting the app removes its remaining local data.
Health boundary
StretchMirror provides general fitness and visual-alignment cues. It cannot detect pain, muscle effort, internal joint position, injury, or a medical condition and is not a medical device.
Children
StretchMirror is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

App 使用 Apple 系統 Vision framework 在裝置上進行人體姿勢辨識。FreeMoCap 與 MediaPipe 只可能在離線製作教練內容時使用，不會在您的手機上執行，也不會接收您的相機資料。 伸展鏡不含第三方廣告、分析或姿勢辨識 SDK。
蒐集、追蹤與分享
伸展鏡不會從 App 蒐集個人資料、不會跨 App 或網站追蹤、不會販售資料， 也不會與第三方分享由相機推算的資訊。Apple 可能依其政策另行處理 App Store 購買與裝置診斷資訊。
您的選擇
您可以在系統設定中變更相機權限，也可以在伸展鏡設定中刪除本機練習紀錄。 刪除 App 會一併移除其餘本機資料。
健康使用界線
伸展鏡只提供一般健身與姿勢視覺比對提示，無法偵測疼痛、肌肉出力、內部關節位置、受傷或疾病，且不是醫療器材。
兒童
伸展鏡不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，也不會蓄意蒐集兒童個人資訊。
