What the app processes

With your permission, Standing Forward Reach can receive camera frames before its timer begins to compare selected visible 2D body joints with a static starting-position reference. The camera turns off after the check; it does not track the timed movement. Processing occurs on your device. StretchMirror does not upload, transmit, or save camera images or video.

Information stored on your device

The app may store language, audio, haptic, and accessibility preferences, along with session-level history such as program and exercise identifiers, completion time, duration, and locally calculated summary values. This information remains in the app’s local storage and is not linked to an account.

Third-party technology

The app uses Apple’s system Vision framework for on-device body-pose estimation. MediaPipe was used offline to derive the current static 2D reference and does not run on your phone. FreeMoCap is not used by the current app or reference. Neither tool receives user camera data. StretchMirror contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or pose-estimation SDK.

Collection, tracking, and sharing

StretchMirror does not automatically collect personal data from the app, track people across apps or websites, sell data, or share camera-derived information with third parties. Apple may separately process App Store purchase and device diagnostic information under Apple’s own policies.

When you contact support

Feedback & Help opens an editable draft in your chosen mail app; nothing is sent unless you choose to send it. A sent support email provides us with your email address, the message and attachments you choose to include, and the app version/build, iOS version, device model, app language, and fixed screen where you opened support. We use this information only to respond, troubleshoot, maintain support records, and meet legal requirements. We do not use it for advertising, analytics, or tracking. Your email provider processes the message under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Camera access can be changed in system Settings. Local session history can be deleted inside StretchMirror settings. Deleting the app removes its remaining local data.

Health boundary

StretchMirror provides general fitness guidance and an optional 2D starting-position comparison for one movement. It does not establish that a movement is correct or safe, cannot detect pain, muscle effort, internal joint position, injury, or a medical condition, and is not a medical device.

Children

StretchMirror is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

儲存在裝置上的資訊

App 可能在本機保存語言、語音、觸覺與無障礙偏好，以及課程與動作代碼、完成時間、持續時間和本機計算的摘要。 這些資料不會連結到帳號，也不會離開 App 的本機儲存空間。

第三方技術

App 使用 Apple 系統 Vision framework 在裝置上辨識人體關節。MediaPipe 只曾離線用於建立目前的靜態 2D 參考， 不會在您的手機上執行；目前 App 與參考資料都未使用 FreeMoCap。這些工具都不會接收您的相機資料。 伸展鏡不含第三方廣告、分析或姿勢辨識 SDK。

蒐集、追蹤與分享

伸展鏡不會從 App 自動蒐集個人資料、不會跨 App 或網站追蹤、不會販售資料， 也不會與第三方分享由相機推算的資訊。Apple 可能依其政策另行處理 App Store 購買與裝置診斷資訊。

當您主動聯絡客服

「回饋與協助」只會在您選用的郵件 App 開啟可修改的草稿；除非您自行按下寄出，否則不會傳送任何內容。 寄出的客服郵件會向我們提供您的寄件信箱、您自行填寫的內容與附件，以及 App 版本／build、iOS 版本、 裝置型號、App 語言與開啟客服的固定畫面位置。我們只會將這些資訊用於回覆、排除問題、保存客服紀錄及遵循法律要求， 不會用於廣告、分析或追蹤。您的郵件服務商會依其隱私權政策處理郵件。

您的選擇

您可以在系統設定中變更相機權限，也可以在伸展鏡設定中刪除本機練習紀錄。 刪除 App 會一併移除其餘本機資料。

健康使用界線

伸展鏡只提供一般健身引導，以及一個動作可選用的 2D 起始位置比較；它不代表動作正確或安全， 也無法偵測疼痛、肌肉出力、內部關節位置、受傷或疾病，且不是醫療器材。

兒童

伸展鏡不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象，也不會蓄意蒐集兒童個人資訊。
