General-use product

StretchMirror provides general fitness demonstrations, timers, and camera-based visual-alignment estimates. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or a medical device.

Use at your own comfortable range

Camera estimates can be incomplete or wrong because of framing, clothing, lighting, occlusion, body differences, or device limitations. A displayed score or spoken cue does not establish that a movement is safe or professionally correct. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, numbness, instability, or unusual discomfort.

Purchases and updates

Purchases, refunds, family access, and downloads are managed by the storefront and its applicable terms. StretchMirror does not use its own license keys or payment system. Product features may improve or change through app updates without changing this health boundary.

Ownership and acceptable use

The app, original interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party open-source and licensed components retain their own notices. Do not redistribute, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or falsely present app output as a clinical assessment.

Standard license

Unless a localized custom agreement is provided at purchase, the standard licensed application end-user agreement supplied by the storefront applies.

購買與更新

購買、退款、家庭共享與下載由商店及其適用條款管理。伸展鏡不使用自有授權碼或付款系統。 App 可能透過更新改善或調整功能，但不會改變上述健康使用界線。

權利與合理使用

App、原創介面與原創內容受適用的智慧財產權法保護；第三方開源與授權元件保留各自聲明。 請勿重新散布、在法律禁止範圍內進行逆向工程，或把 App 輸出冒充臨床評估。

標準授權條款

若購買時沒有另行提供當地語言的自訂協議，則適用商店提供的標準授權應用程式最終使用者協議。
